Imagine walking into a gym for the first time and saying hello to someone you have never met before, you workout together and when you leave you feel like you know something about that person. You have a bond, a sense of camaraderie. Not many people can say that has happened to them.
Often you walk into a gym and you feel uncomfortable. Like you are being sized up, judged for your outfit or the amount of weight you are lifting. Personally, we prefer scenario number one, which is why owner Meghan LeBlanc brought together a group of trainers dedicated to training in the foundations of CrossFit. When you train with Bold Moves you are instructed to “leave your ego at the door”. We do not judge others by how they look, but respect each other by what we can accomplish.

Bold Moves Fitness offers private and group training to individuals of all ages and all levels of fitness. Our training is based on the CrossFit program, the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies, military special operations units, martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. And because CrossFit workouts are designed for universal scalability it is also used by thousands of fitness buffs and average "Joes" to stay in shape.
