We work with all age ranges and fitness levels including special populations, focusing on form and function to keep you strong, flexible and healthy.

We would be happy to discuss ways to safely incorporate exercise into your life. We work closely with doctors, naturopaths, chiropractors and physiotherapists, some of whom are our clients as well. With this sharing of knowledge we are able to help our clients to stay fit and healthy regardless of physical limitations.
