After 2 years of training our clients in outdoor boot camps, Bold Moves has upped the ante. We have combined the best of our boot camp using hills, stairs and the open spaces of the great outdoors, with CrossFit, an intense strength and conditioning program used to train athletes and grandparents alike, in our Sidney studio.
Our classes are designed to challenge participants of all ages and fitness levels. The class structure is based upon simple yet effective fundamental movements executed at high intensity. Our certified trainers know what works and design unique classes to give you the best results possible for strong muscles, flexible joints and an all around healthy body.

personal best. Our clients never feel left behind or embarrassed that they cannot accomplish a task because they are continually being inspired and encouraged by their peers and supported by their trainers.
All new clients have the benefit of working in a small group class with a personal trainer during a 6 session “Elements” Class to learn the exercises we use. This ensures that everyone knows what they are doing, prevents injuries and keeps the regular classes running smoothly with minimal teaching time.
Worried that you won’t get enough of a workout in the elements class, or the classes will be too hard? No problem we can make all our workouts as hard or as easy as you need them. |
